Poor Sophie. The shorts she is wearing are 24 months. Guess I'm going to have to find some 12 or 18 month shorts that might fit.

Oh poor thing!!
Emma has the same problem so all of her shorts have to be the adjustable waist kind. We have to stretch that elastic as far as it will go for her teeny little waist!!
