Long over due update!

Well, I made her another dress. This child has a better wardrobe than I do. A couple of updates about Maddie. She is growing like a weed. She loves to play with her baby dolls. She puts them to bed and covers them with blankets and tells them "sshhh". She treats them very gentle. Her best friends at school are Breanna and Maggie. Her teachers say if you can't find her, just look for either Breanna or Maggie and they will all be together. Her favorite teacher is Ms. Lisa and Ms. Lisa adores her. Maddie gets so excited to see her and has even called her name out when she is mad at us. She is so funny. She loves to giggle. She sings her ABC's but only gets up to G and then starts skipping letters. She knows most of her colors and can tell you her full name (except for she says Maddie not Madeline). She loves to do somersaults and she loves to jump from things and on things. She loves to eat spicey food and green beans and especially sweet things. She still suffers from congestion quite a bit, but will hopefully grow out of that. She is getting so tall. She is taller than her friend Iris who is 5 months older than her. Her nightly routine consists of daddy reading her stories (which she has memorized) and then daddy rocking her and falling asleep. We still have problems with her sleeping through the night but alot of that has to do with her congestion. She is almost fully potty trained. She wears panties all day at school and at home. She still doesn't watch TV at home, but apparently will watch some at daycare. She still loves shoes, but takes them off all of the time at daycare and in the car. She hates wearing tights because she can't take them off. She is getting better at riding in the car. She still loves music and in August will be taking ballet leasons. Her daddy has promised to take her horseback riding and hold her hand while she does it. She remembered that promise a week after he said it. She has a memory like an elephant. I think that's about it. She is just growing so much and makes us laugh all of the time by the things that she does and says. She is also your normal 2 year old. She loves to test the limits and is learning really fast what timeout is. Her language is getting so much clearer. She is such a joy to have around.
Brandon is growing like a weed as well. I'm sorry I don't have an updated picture of him because he doesn't like for me to take his picture. He gives you that little half smile. He loves to play his Xbox live and talks to people all over the world. He is about 1-2 inches taller than me. His foot is about 2 sizes bigger than my foot. He has a little hair above his lip :). He is a polite and loving child and is also your typical 12 year old. He doesn't bring his homework home and doesn't clean his room. All typical things. He has a great sense of humor and tries to get me and his dad on different things. He loves his sister and tries to get her to be quiet so that she can stay out of timeout :). He says he doesn't have a girlfriend, but I'm sure there are plenty interested. He loves to watch sci-fi movies and has even watched a horror flick. For those of you that know him, this was a big step for him. His best friend moved away earlier this month, but he has plenty of others. Trent, Garrison, Arthur and a couple of others still live in our neighborhood. They are typical 12 year old boys who are bored just playing outside. This summer he will start middle school football because he is too old for rec and he will also be going to his 3 summer at camp. He has come such a long way from the child who kept saying he didn't want to go. He loves it and I don't know what he would do if he couldn't go. I remember the first time we dropped him off and he told me we could leave "there's nothing keeping you here". I cried so hard. I missed my little boy. He says he wants to go into the AirForce. Hopefully I can talk him out of that. I say either Navy or Marines, but who knows he still has a while.
Well I think that's a long enough update for now. Take care.
