I'm so tired of the soap opera mentality of work. I know it happens everywhere. I'm just so over it right now. If it weren't for the fact that I need the insurance (and paycheck) and I'm also going to need the time off for Sophie, I would find a new job. These daggers in my back are really starting to hurt.
